Airtel Tribe: Your All-in-One Retail Management Solution

Airtel Tribe empowers retailers to efficiently manage both customer service and their Airtel accounts. This comprehensive app streamlines various operations, providing a one-stop shop for all retail needs.

Key features for customer service include: new customer registration, modification of existing registrations, SIM swaps, Mobile Number Portability (MNP) processing, airtime and bundle purchases, AM cash transactions (in/out), bill payments, and EVD/AM transfers to other retailers.

Retailers can also seamlessly manage their Airtel accounts via the app. Functionality includes profile viewing and editing, stock management (viewing, updating, requesting, and purchasing), sales hierarchy viewing, AM/EVD PIN resets and account unlocks, agent loan applications, and access to banking services. Detailed transaction history, commission information, and performance metrics on Airtel services are also readily available. The app facilitates self-service options and direct service requests to Airtel. Additionally, it provides access to training materials, surveys, and manages digital notices for retailers.

Supporting Airtel Africa's operations, the app is available in both English and French. Its user-friendly design enhances business productivity for retailers.
