Capcom announced via Twitter (X) on July 4 that the new mobile game "Resident Evil Survival Unit" is being co-developed by Aniplex Inc. and JOYCITY. Designed for iOS and Android, this survival horror strategy game will offer a fresh take on the franchise.

According to Capcom, the title will deliver an authentic real-time strategy experience while staying true to Resident Evil's survival horror roots. The game will launch globally across Japan, South Korea, North America, Europe, and Asia.
