The Veli Communication Triangle is designed to streamline communication between you and your preschooler's school, especially if they are studying at ocean colleges. By simply logging into the application, you gain immediate access to a wealth of information about your student. From sending quick messages to your child's teacher to scheduling appointments, to checking nutritional status menus, everything is just a few taps away.
Frequently Asked Questions
1-) Why can't I log into the application? It keeps showing an error or kicking me out.
There could be several reasons for this issue. First, ensure you have a stable internet connection and that you're using the latest version of the app. Common problems include:
a. Mismatch between your interactive user and VUU user. This typically results in the application failing to log you in.
b. Your VIU user account might not be activated or lacks the necessary permissions. You might encounter a blank page within the app in this case.
c. Your session might have been terminated. User sessions are periodically ended for security reasons. To resolve this, tap the authority button at the top right to log out, then log back in.
2-) How can I reset my password?
Our system is integrated with Interaktif, allowing you to reset your password directly through the Interactive platform.
3-) Why am I not receiving notifications?
Ensure that you've granted the app permission to send notifications. You can verify this by navigating to Settings > Applications > Parent Communication Triangle. If notifications are enabled and you're still not receiving them, try logging out and then logging back in to refresh your settings.
4-) Why does the app require frequent updates?
We are committed to continuously enhancing the application. Beyond facilitating parent-teacher communication, the app manages various levels of authority and permissions. Updates are often necessary to address specific stage-related issues or to improve overall performance.
