Hedgehog puzzle game Prickle hits Android

Guide an Adorable Hedgehog Family in Prickle
Sunbird Studio's new mobile puzzle game Prickle combines Tetris-like mechanics with Sokoban-inspired challenges. Players assist a hedgehog father reuniting with his scattered offspring across cleverly designed mazes.
As DadHog, your mission is to navigate increasingly complex environments to collect all hoglets. The unique gameplay twist comes from the "Prickle" formation - a growing cluster that sticks together as you progress. Once hoglets attach, they cannot be separated, creating intricate spatial puzzles.
Seasonal Challenges Await
With 48 levels spanning four seasons, Prickle gradually introduces new mechanics:
- Summer introduces basic movement
- Autumn adds stubborn acorns that attach permanently
- Winter features hazardous puddles that require creative routing
- Spring includes blossoms that clear remaining acorns
Handcrafted Minimalist Aesthetics
The developers crafted a distinctive black-and-white art style using Godot and Krita, resembling charming hand-drawn sketches. Players can:
- Toggle between dark/light modes
- Add subtle color accents
- Discover delightful details like DadHog's idle animations
Prickle is available for $4.99 on both Google Play and iOS app stores. For more mobile gaming news, check our coverage of the Boxville Makers' Demo for Rabbit's Hop.
