Minecraft Live 2025 Unveils Vibrant Visuals and Flying Happy Ghast

The first game drop, dubbed "Spring to Life," is set to launch on March 25. This update will breathe new life into the Overworld, making biomes feel more immersive and alive. The second game drop, currently unnamed, introduces a fascinating new block called the Dried Ghast. This block, a bit smaller than a regular block and adorned with cute tentacles and a grumpy face, can be rehydrated to transform into a Ghastling—a baby ghast. With a bit of care, the Ghastling can grow into a Happy Ghast, a new mob variant. Players can craft a Ghast harness to ride the Happy Ghast, allowing up to four players to soar through the skies together. The addition of the Locator Bar at the bottom of the screen will help you find your friends while flying, making this feature particularly useful for Survival Mode builders who can position themselves anywhere in the sky.

Mojang also announced a significant visual upgrade for Minecraft called 'Vibrant Visuals.'
