Kamitsubaki City Ensemble: A New Rhythm Game Set in a Post-Apocalyptic World

Studio Lalala's upcoming rhythm game, Kamitsubaki City Ensemble, is set to launch on August 29th, 2024. Available on Android, iOS, PC, Switch, and other consoles for just $3 (440 Yen), this title offers a unique blend of rhythm gameplay and a compelling post-apocalyptic narrative.

The Game's Story: Hope Amidst Ruins

In a world ravaged by destruction, the hope for rebuilding rests on the shoulders of AI girls. Their mission: to restore the world through the power of music. As you progress through the game, the story behind the apocalypse and the AI girls' existence unfolds, inviting players to uncover the truth and assist in the world's musical restoration.

Gameplay and Features

Kamitsubaki City Ensemble features five AI girls and five witches, each contributing to the vibrant rhythm experience. Players can choose from four difficulty levels (easy, normal, hard, and pro), starting with four lanes and progressing to a challenging seven. The game boasts an initial 48 songs, with a season pass offering continuous new tracks.

The game's soundtrack is packed with hit songs from Kamitsubaki Studio and the Musical Isotope series, including fan favorites like "Devour the Past," "Carnivorous Plant," "Sirius's Heart," and "Terra."
