Once Human Mobile Launch Confirmed for April 2025!
The mobile release of Once Human, initially rumored for January 2025, is now officially slated for April 2025. Pre-registrations are open now! NetEase has prioritized a PC release, but mobile gamers on Android and iOS can finally rejoice. The mobile version will boast optimized gameplay for a smooth experience even on lower-end devices, while retaining the immersive depth of the original.
This announcement follows a closed beta test (November 28th onwards) which provided valuable player feedback to refine the game. The April release promises a polished and enjoyable mobile experience.
Future Plans: Console Release & Cross-Platform Play
NetEase has teased future plans for a console release and full cross-platform support, allowing players to seamlessly join friends regardless of their platform of choice.
New Content & Features in 2025
Beyond the mobile launch, 2025 will bring a wave of new content, including:
- Three new scenarios: Code: Purification, Code: Deviation, and Code: Broken (launching Q3 2025) will introduce diverse challenges, ranging from environmental restoration to intense PvP combat.
- Visional Wheel (January 16th, 2025): This update introduces fresh content and strategic elements to existing scenarios.
- Lunar Oracle Event: A challenging event where Deviants gain power, making Sanity management crucial for survival.
- Custom Servers: Coming soon, allowing for personalized gameplay experiences with friends.
