Hades 2, the eagerly awaited sequel to Supergiant Games' critically acclaimed 2020 roguelike action-adventure game, is currently in early access. Set for a full release and console launch next year, the game has already garnered praise for its robust replay value and extensive content during its early access phase on PC. The Olympic Update further enhances the game with additional hours of content, new dialogue, and voice lines, intensifying the narrative as players ascend to Olympus, the legendary abode of the Greek gods and the throne of Zeus.
In addition to the new region and characters, the update includes significant reworks to several Nocturnal Arms and Abilities. Enhancements to the Specials of the Witch's Staff, Sister Blades, Umbral Flames, and Moonstone Axe allow Melinoe to adapt more seamlessly to various playstyles. Melinoe's Dash has also been improved for faster and more responsive movement, enabling quicker escapes from hit-stun attacks. As Melinoe evolves, so do the challenges she faces.
