This six-issue miniseries launches as part of DC's All In publishing initiative. While Cheetah and Cheshire might appear as an unconventional pairing, the project brings full circle Rucka's iconic Wonder Woman work and Scott's celebrated Secret Six run with Gail Simone.
The official DC synopsis teases:
Cheetah and Cheshire Rob the Justice League follows DC's deadliest femme fatales as they plot an impossible heist - breaching the most fortified location in the universe. Their mission? Assemble an elite crew capable of outsmarting the World's Greatest Heroes while maintaining an uneasy alliance. The target? One of the DC Universe's most devastating artifacts.
The obstacles? Just the Justice League Watchtower's advanced orbital defenses, its ruthless AI security protocols, and Earth's mightiest heroes standing guard.
"Let's be clear," Rucka explained in DC's announcement. "We're working with career criminals here - none of whom would receive VIP access to the Watchtower. We're stacking the deck against them intentionally. For Cheetah, this isn't just another job - it's her last shot at redemption, and she'll tear through anyone in her way."
The series debuts August 6, 2025.
Meanwhile in Marvel news, the publisher's Thunderbolts comic relaunches as The New Avengers, aligning with upcoming MCU adaptations.
