Rumors are swirling that Ubisoft is working on their next blockbuster title, sparked by a post from a Junior Sound Designer at Ubisoft Indian Studios on LinkedIn, as shared by X (formerly Twitter) user Timur222. The designer, who has been with Ubisoft for a year and 10 months, provided a glimpse into their role:

"Responsible for creating Sound design, SFX, and foley for the unannounced AAA and AAAA game projects," states the job description under the Experience section.

While specifics about this ambitious project remain closely guarded, it's significant that the employee mentioned involvement in both AAA and AAAA projects. The term "quadruple-A" was introduced by Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot during the launch of their pirate-themed game, Skull and Bones, to underscore the game's enormous budget and the extensive development it underwent before its release. Despite its AAAA designation, Skull and Bones received mixed reviews upon launch.

This new revelation indicates that Ubisoft's vision for creating more quadruple-A games remains strong, hinting that future titles might match Skull and Bones in scope and production scale.
