A trio of exciting indie PC games based on the beloved manga and anime are on their way, thanks to a new collaboration between author Hiro Mashima and Kodansha Game Creators Lab. This initiative, dubbed the "Fairy Tail Indie Game Guild," promises a unique gaming experience.

Three Fairy Tail Games Hitting PC

The "Fairy Tail Indie Game Guild" project will deliver three distinct titles: Fairy Tail: Dungeons, Fairy Tail: Beach Volleyball Havoc, and Fairy Tail: Birth of Magic. Each game is being crafted by independent developers, bringing their own creative flair to the world of Fairy Tail.

Fairy Tail: Dungeons and Fairy Tail: Beach Volleyball Havoc are slated for release on August 26th and September 16th, 2024, respectively. Fairy Tail: Birth of Magic is still under development, with further details to be revealed later.

"This project started with Hiro Mashima's desire for a Fairy Tail game," Kodansha announced in a recent video. "The creators are infusing their love for Fairy Tail, their unique skills, and sensibilities into these games. We aim to create games enjoyable for both Fairy Tail fans and gamers alike."

Fairy Tail: Dungeons – August 26th, 2024

Prepare for a deck-building roguelite adventure! In Fairy Tail: Dungeons, players will guide Fairy Tail characters through challenging dungeons, utilizing strategic deck building and limited moves to overcome enemies and delve deeper into the mystery. Developed by ginolabo, the game boasts a captivating soundtrack composed by Hiroki Kikuta, the renowned composer behind Secret of Mana. Expect a vibrant Celtic-inspired soundscape enhancing the battles and narrative.

Fairy Tail: Beach Volleyball Havoc – September 16th, 2024

Get ready for some magical beach volleyball action! Fairy Tail: Beach Volleyball Havoc offers 2v2 multiplayer mayhem. Choose from a roster of 32 characters to create your dream team and compete in exciting, magic-infused beach volleyball matches. Developed by tiny cactus studio, MASUDATARO, and veryOK, this game promises a chaotic and competitive experience.
