Zenless Zone Zero 1.7 'Bury Your Tears with the Past' Launches Soon

HoYoverse has just announced the launch date for Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.7, titled 'Bury Your Tears with the Past,' set to release on April 23rd. This update promises to wrap up Season 1 with an exciting conclusion.

What’s in Store in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.7?

Get ready for the big reveal of the Sacrifice crisis. Dive deep into Vivian’s complex past as Proxies unravel her story and finally uncover Hugo’s fate, which has been shrouded in mystery.

Since Hugo's fall into the Hollow, tensions between Mockingbird and TOPS have escalated dramatically. A special Void Hunter-rank investigator, sent by the Mayor, is now on the scene. Alongside Vivian, Proxies will venture into hostile territory to locate the Sacrifice Core. Vivian confronts her past, and the Exaltists’ conspiracy begins to unravel.

Here’s the Character Lineup

Two new S-Rank Agents from Mockingbird will make their debut. Vivian, an Ether Anomaly Agent, wields a parasol and rapier, dealing significant Corruption damage when combined with other characters' EX Special Attacks.

The second newcomer, Hugo, is an Ice Attack Agent with a suitcase that transforms into a scythe. His Totalize effect boosts damage against stunned enemies, scaling based on the remaining stun duration.

Robin, Mockingbird's agile Bangboo partner, joins the fray with cards that trigger random effects. Additionally, Jane, the Physical Anomaly Agent, and Lighter, the Fire Stun Agent, will be featured in rerun banners during Version 1.7.

Version 1.7 also introduces new events to Zenless Zone Zero. The 'Say It With Flowers' event lets you manage a flower shop, where you'll handle design requests and create floral arrangements. Completing commissions unlocks a permanent floral arrangement mini-game in Quality Time mode and exclusive rewards.
