Wuthering Waves Drops Version 2.3 Alongside Its First Anniversary Events

Wuthering Waves has just released its thrilling Version 2.3 update, titled "Fiery Arpeggio of Summer," which is now available in four phases. This update not only marks the game's first anniversary but also celebrates its launch on Steam, making it accessible to PC players.

The "Fiery Arpeggio of Summer" update introduces a host of new features, including fresh characters, engaging story arcs, and exciting event content. If you've reached a respectable Union Level, you'll find a wealth of activities to immerse yourself in over the next month. The update will be live from April 29th until June 12th, 2025.

Delve into the new storylines, "A Blaze in the Dark" and "Your Summer Will Never Wither," and encounter a new wave of Phantom Echoes, including Crownless (with its Nightmare version), Nimbus Wraith, and the intriguing Chest Mimic.

Celebrate the anniversary with the "Gifts of Grand Celebration" login event, running from May 23rd to June 11th. Log in to earn Radiant Tides and a Moment of Resonance, provided you're at Union Level 8. Check out the official trailer below to see what's in store:

Additionally, participate in the "Gifts of Grand Reunion" (April 29th to June 11th) and "Gifts of Melodic Verses" (June 5th to June 19th) login events. These events offer Radiant Tide, Lustrous Tide, Astrite, Modifiers, and a variety of upgrade materials.

New and Returning Minigames

The beloved Cubie Derby is back, serving both as a leisurely warm-up event and an exciting spectator event where you can cheer on your favorite Cubes. Roll the dice, maneuver your Cube across the board, and collect rewards such as Phantom: Chest Mimic and Flight Aspect: Laureate.

During the first phase, you have the opportunity to pull for Resonators like Lumi, Taoqi, and Yuanwu, along with weapons including Dauntless Evernight, Overture, and Hollow Mirage. This phase lasts until June 11th.
