Totodile Returns for Pokémon Go Community Day Classic in March 2025

Pokémon Go's March Community Day Classic is set to bring back the beloved Totodile, giving players a fantastic opportunity to catch this Big Jaw Pokémon in abundance. Mark your calendars for March 22nd, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time, when Totodile will be appearing more frequently. Keep your eyes peeled for a chance to encounter a Shiny Totodile, adding a splash of excitement to your collection.

If you evolve Croconaw into Feraligatr during the event or up until March 29th at 10:00 pm local time, your Feraligatr will learn the powerful Charged Attack, Hydro Cannon. This move boasts 80 power in Trainer Battles and 90 power in Gyms and raids, making it an excellent addition to your Water-type team.

To maximize your experience during the event, you can purchase the Community Day Classic Special Research for just $2 (or the local equivalent). Completing this research will unlock rewards such as a Premium Battle Pass, Rare Candy XL, and multiple encounters with Totodile, some featuring a Seasonal Special Background.

Logging in during the Community Day Classic also grants you access to Timed Research that extends for a full week. This gives you an additional opportunity to encounter Totodile and evolve it into Feraligatr with Hydro Cannon before the deadline. Don't forget to redeem Pokémon Go codes for extra goodies!

Several bonuses will enhance your gameplay during the event. Eggs placed in Incubators will hatch with 1/4 the usual distance, while Lure Modules and Incense will last for three hours. Taking snapshots during the event could also lead to a delightful surprise.
