Unveiled at Sony's State of Play 2025 with a captivating debut trailer, *Tides of Annihilation* is a single-player, narrative-driven action-adventure game developed by the innovative studio, Eclipse Glow Games. This title promises to fuse "intense, breakneck combat, an immersive narrative, and an unforgettable setting," setting the stage for a truly unique gaming experience.

Set against the backdrop of a modern-day London ravaged by mystical otherworldly forces, *Tides of Annihilation* places you in the shoes of Gwendolyn, a lone survivor tasked with navigating through the city's iconic landmarks. As you explore, you'll summon spectral Knights of the Round Table to aid in combat against enemies drawn from the rich tapestry of Arthurian mythos. The game also features epic confrontations with gigantic bosses that tower over the city like skyscrapers, adding a thrilling vertical dimension to the gameplay.

Eclipse Glow Games, a new studio based in Chengdu, China, is backed by investment from the Chinese tech giant Tencent. Comprising over 100 developers with rich experience from acclaimed franchises such as Yakuza, For Honor, Assassin’s Creed, Persona, and Prince of Persia, the team is poised to deliver a game that stands out in the action-adventure genre.

Tides of Annihilation is a single-player, narrative-driven title set in a twisted version of modern London cataclysmically altered by an otherworldly invasion.
