Roguelite ‘Coromon: Rogue Planet’ in Development for Release on iOS, Android, Switch, and Steam in 2025
TouchArcade Rating: Following the mobile release of the popular monster-collecting game Coromon by developer TRAGsoft (initially launched on PC and Switch), we're excited to announce a roguelite spin-off: Coromon: Rogue Planet! Launching next year on Steam, Switch, iOS, and Android, this free-to-play title promises a unique blend of turn-based combat and roguelite elements.
The game boasts 10 ever-changing biomes, 7 playable characters, over 130 monsters, and much more, creating an endlessly replayable experience. Check out the official announcement trailer below:
The original Coromon is already available for free on mobile. We're eager to see how Coromon: Rogue Planet performs on mobile and whether its release will coincide with the Steam and Switch versions. You can wishlist Coromon: Rogue Planet on Steam now. While I haven't played Coromon recently, Coromon: Rogue Planet's gameplay sounds incredibly appealing, especially its potential as a perfect pick-up-and-play title, judging from the Steam screenshots. Until then, you can download the original Coromon for free on iOS.
What are your thoughts on Coromon: Rogue Planet? Have you played the original Coromon?
