Pokémon Go Tour: Unova’s global leg will see the debuts of Black Kyurem and White Kyurem with new Adventure Effects

Get ready for the Pokémon Go Tour: Unova – Global event, featuring the legendary Black Kyurem and White Kyurem! These powerful Pokémon bring brand-new Adventure Effects to simplify catching and enhance your gameplay. Black Kyurem's Freeze Shock temporarily immobilizes wild Pokémon, making them much easier to catch. White Kyurem's Ice Burn slows down the target ring, increasing your chances of landing Excellent Throws. Each effect lasts for 10 minutes and can be extended up to two hours, with a total maximum duration of 24 hours.

Don't forget to utilize the Tour Pass to maximize your rewards! This pass boosts your Adventure Effects and increases your earnings by granting bonus Catch XP and extending the duration of Freeze Shock or Ice Burn. You can even upgrade to the Tour Pass Deluxe for extra benefits, including an immediate Victini encounter, additional event-themed encounters, a stylish avatar item, and the all-new Lucky Trinket. The Lucky Trinket allows you to instantly become Lucky Friends with someone on your Friend List, guaranteeing a boosted trade experience.

During the event, challenge Black Kyurem and White Kyurem in five-star raids to collect Fusion Energy. Fusing Zekrom or Reshiram with a Kyurem possessing Glaciate will grant Kyurem either Freeze Shock or Ice Burn. Remember, this move will revert back to Glaciate if the Pokémon are separated, and these moves cannot be learned via Charged TMs or Elite Charged TMs.

Choose between two event badges: Black Version (Reshiram) or White Version (Zekrom). Your choice impacts the move your Kyurem learns after defeating the respective legendary Pokémon and the type of Special Research rewards you receive.
