Designed with babies and children in mind, Yamada Heiando describes these Pokémon as "gentle guardians watching over you and your children during dinner." The company hopes these bowls will become cherished keepsakes, symbolizing a child's happy growth.

Each Pokémon also embodies a developmental attribute: Pikachu represents kindness, Ekans symbolizes growth, and Dragonite signifies openness.

Initially released on January 17, 2025, these bowls sold out rapidly. A second sales period begins January 31st, with a two-item purchase limit per customer. On January 16, 2025, The Pokémon Company launched a Pokémon Center exclusive: a series of figures showcasing Eevee's evolutions. The Pokémon Center, the official online store, offers a wide selection of Pokémon merchandise.

The first three figures in the "Evolving Personalities Figure" line are Jolteon, Flareon, and Vaporeon, with the remaining Eeveelutions to be released in groups of three throughout the year.
