Sony has exciting news for gaming enthusiasts: a PlayStation State of Play stream is set for tomorrow, February 12, at 2pm Pacific / 5pm Eastern / 10pm UK. This eagerly anticipated event will span over 40 minutes and will be available in both English and Japanese, streaming live on the official PlayStation YouTube and Twitch channels.

While the exact lineup of games remains under wraps, the PlayStation Blog teases a "creative and unique selection of exciting games from studios around the world." Fans are buzzing with anticipation, hoping for an extended look at Sucker Punch’s Ghost of Tsushima sequel, tentatively titled Ghost of Yotei, as well as a release date announcement for Hideo Kojima’s much-anticipated Death Stranding 2: On the Beach.

Following last week's leak on the PlayStation Store, there's also a strong expectation for the official reveal of the release date trailer for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. This could be a highlight of the stream, satisfying fans eager for more details on this iconic title.

While it may be premature to expect updates on Insomniac’s Wolverine or Naughty Dog’s Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, there are other titles that could make an appearance. Phantom: Blade Zero, an action role-playing game from Chinese studio S-Game, promises thrilling sword combat, and fans are keen to learn its release date. Additionally, Bungie’s Marathon and Haven’s Fairgames are multiplayer shooters that have caught the community's eye, especially following Sony’s recent handling of the Concord situation.

March marks the 10th anniversary of Bloodborne, sparking speculation about potential announcements related to this beloved title. Could we see a remaster or a sequel?

The State of Play might also bring one or two brand-new surprises and game reveals. With ongoing rumors, could this be the day Halo finally makes its PlayStation debut?
