Niantic and Capcom have announced an exciting collaboration between the mobile game Monster Hunter Now and the upcoming Monster Hunter Wilds. This event, running from February 3rd, 2025, 9 am to March 31st, 2025, 11:59 pm (local time), lets fans snag Monster Hunter Wilds-themed goodies before the main game's release.

Capcom also announced a second open beta test for Monster Hunter Wilds in February 2025, including content from the first test, a new monster hunt, and character carryover. Meanwhile, Monster Hunter Now players can enjoy limited-time Monster Hunter Wilds Collab Event Quests. Completing these quests rewards players with a gift code for exclusive Wilds items. This is a great incentive to play Monster Hunter Now before Wilds launches, offering rewards like Mega Potions, Energy Drinks, Dust of Life, and more. The gift code is accessible within the in-game hunter menu and is platform-specific.

Monster Hunter Now's Season 4, "Roars from the Winterwind," (running until March 12th, 2025) adds a new habitat, monsters, and the Switch Axe weapon type. Players logging in during the collaboration event also receive Weapon and Armor Refining Parts. Limited-time packs with Special Carving Knives and Hunting Tickets will be available in the in-game shop and web store.

Monster Hunter Wilds, a highly anticipated 2025 release alongside titles like Avowed, Assassin’s Creed Shadows, Pokémon Legends: Z-A, and Grand Theft Auto 6, is the successor to 2018's Monster Hunter: World. It boasts open-world biomes, 14 weapon types, four-player co-op, and the unique Seikret mount, allowing hunters to carry two weapons simultaneously.
