The ESRB has given Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater (MGS Delta) an M for Mature rating, highlighting the inclusion of the Peep Demo Theater. This feature, originally from Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater's Subsistence and HD Collection, allows players to view all cutscenes featuring the female spy EVA, albeit in her underwear. Players can manipulate the camera freely and zoom in on any part of her body. To unlock this, players need to collect all other cutscenes in the Demo Theater, a task that requires completing the game four times.

The Mature rating reflects the game's intense themes of violence and gore, as players take on the role of an elite soldier navigating enemy territory.
