Inferno Dragon Evolution Upgrade Arrives in Clash Royale After 9-Year Wait

Clash Royale has finally introduced a much-anticipated enhancement for the Inferno Dragon. After nearly a decade without an Evolution, this fiery Legendary card receives a significant power boost. To celebrate the occasion, Supercell teamed up with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a unique reveal event.

A Fiery Negotiation Takes Center Stage

Nine years after its debut, the Inferno Dragon stars in a new Clash Royale trailer featuring Ismo Leikola as its eccentric Hollywood agent, negotiating for bigger opportunities.

In a playful twist, the dragon abandons its Clash Royale duties to chase dreams of Tinseltown stardom.

Witness the Inferno Dragon's hilarious negotiation tactics at Supercell's headquarters in the official trailer.

The Evolved Inferno Dragon fundamentally changes battlefield dynamics. Unlike its original version that resets damage when switching targets, the upgraded form maintains its increasing damage output for devastating effectiveness.

Inferno Dragon Evolution Sparks New Season

The "How to Evolve Your Dragon!" season brings the Inferno Dragon Evolution alongside the return of 2v2 League battles. Players can team up with friends or random partners to climb the ranks.

New Milestone Events starting at Arena 7 offer rewards including Lumberjack Evolution Shards, Epic Books of Cards, and exclusive cosmetics.

Double Crown Chase events provide Battle Banners with frames and decorations, plus additional Evolution Shards and Epic Books.

Throughout June and early July, special game modes will showcase Evolution cards. Highlights include the Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft (June 2-9) and the Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6-9), both offering unique Battle Banners and Emotes.

Rotation features include Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16 with up to 4 Evolution Cards), Magical Trio (June 16-23), 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30), and Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7 allowing 8 Evolution Cards per deck).
