Marvel's Spider-Man 2 system requirements revealed

Just a couple of days ago, the gaming community was taken by surprise when Insomniac Games held back on announcing the PC release details for Marvel's Spider-Man 2 until the last moment. It was only with one day to go before the launch that they unveiled the much-anticipated system requirements for the game.

To experience Marvel's Spider-Man 2 on PC at minimal settings (720p@30fps), you'll need a setup equipped with at least a GTX 1650 or Radeon RX 5500 XT graphics card, alongside 16 GB of RAM, and a CPU such as an i3-8100 or Ryzen 3 3100. If you're aiming for the game's maximum settings without ray tracing, you'll require an RTX 3070. For those looking to leverage ray tracing or enjoy the game in 4K resolution, stepping up to an RTX 40XX series GPU will be necessary.

In addition to the system requirements, Insomniac also treated fans to a thrilling launch trailer for Marvel's Spider-Man 2.

The PC version of Marvel's Spider-Man 2 will come packed with all the patches and enhancements that have been rolled out for the console versions. Moreover, players opting for the Deluxe edition will enjoy exclusive bonuses, and those who link their PSN account can unlock additional costumes.

Originally launched on October 20, 2023, exclusively for the PS5, the eagerly awaited PC version of Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is scheduled to swing onto our screens on January 30, 2025.
