Mario Kart World: $80 Solo, $50 with Nintendo Switch 2 Bundle
At today's Nintendo Direct, Nintendo unveiled the much-awaited Nintendo Switch 2, set to launch on June 5, 2025. The console will be available at a retail price of $449.99. For those looking for a more comprehensive package, a bundle including the new Mario Kart World game is offered at $499.99.
For fans eager to get their hands on Mario Kart World without committing to the bundle, the game will be available separately at a recommended retail price of $79.99.
Nintendo has traditionally been cautious about pricing its games, with only one title, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, previously priced at $70 on the original Switch. However, the newly announced Donkey Kong Bananza will also retail at $70, signaling a shift in their pricing strategy.
