The trailer also features Courtney B. Vance as the serious yet endearing Cobra Bubbles, alongside Zach Galifianakis as Jumba and Billy Magnussen as Pleakley. In a unique twist, Jumba and Pleakley appear disguised as humans on Earth, though Pleakley's alien form makes a brief appearance. This adds an intriguing layer to the narrative, blending the familiar with the new.

Iconic scenes from the original are reimagined in live-action, including Stitch's dramatic entrance as a falling star, his transformation into a more dog-like appearance at the shelter, and the poignant moment when Lilo utters the famous line, "Ohana means family. Family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten." These scenes promise to capture the heart and soul of the original while offering a fresh visual experience.

*Lilo & Stitch* is set to hit theaters on May 23, 2025, following closely on the heels of another live-action Disney classic, *Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs*, scheduled for release on March 21, 2025. This new adaptation is poised to continue Disney's tradition of bringing beloved animated stories to life in new and exciting ways.
