For a game within the competitive anime-based gacha genre, especially amidst declining revenue, this duration is noteworthy.

The developers have shifted their focus to the new *Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade* gacha game, but they didn't abandon *KonoSuba* without a proper send-off. They continued to support the game until the end, offering voiced story updates and releasing a final song just three weeks ago. A heartfelt farewell livestream in December featured Kazuma's voice actor, adding a personal touch to the goodbye.
