Despite Kingdom Come: Deliverance II launching in much better shape than its predecessor, it's not immune to the technical challenges often faced by expansive RPGs with bold designs. Warhorse Studios remains committed to enhancing the player experience post-launch, with their upcoming patch promising to be a substantial update.

In a recent interview with Tech4gamers, Tobias Stolz-Zwilling, the global PR manager, revealed that the forthcoming patch, which has been in development for over five months, will tackle more than 1,000 bugs.

"This patch has been in development for over five months and includes well over a thousand fixes."

Gamers are naturally curious about whether this patch will introduce more than just bug fixes, such as new gameplay mechanics or quality-of-life improvements. Given the extensive development time, there's anticipation for significant enhancements, though the details will only be clear when the complete patch notes are released.

Furthermore, Warhorse Studios has confirmed that Kingdom Come: Deliverance II will receive official mod support within the next two weeks. However, the initial modding features will be limited; for example, players won't be able to create custom missions right away. The studio plans to expand modding capabilities in the future. As of now, no specific release date for the patch has been announced.
