Dismissing DRM Rumors

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Won't Have Denuvo DRMFollowing persistent speculation about the inclusion of DRM, Warhorse Studios' PR head, Tobias Stolz-Zwilling, definitively stated during a recent Twitch stream that KCD2 will not utilize any DRM system, including Denuvo. He attributed the confusion to misinformation and urged players to cease inquiries about DRM. Stolz-Zwilling emphasized that any information contradicting this official statement is inaccurate.

"KCD 2 will not have Denuvo, or any DRM at all," Stolz-Zwilling clarified. "We never confirmed otherwise. There were discussions, some misalignment, and misinformation, but ultimately, there will be no Denuvo."

He further appealed to fans: "Please, let's close this case. Stop asking about Denuvo in every post. Unless Warhorse makes an announcement, anything else you hear is untrue."

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is set for release in February 2025 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. The game, set in medieval Bohemia, follows Henry, a blacksmith apprentice whose village is devastated by tragedy.
