Jump King, a 2D Platformer, Soft Launches on Android with Two Expansions

Jump King, the notoriously challenging 2D platformer that initially launched on PC in 2019, has begun its Android soft launch! Developed by Nexile and published on Android by UKIYO, this free-to-play title is currently available in select regions, bringing its unique brand of frustratingly fun gameplay to mobile devices.

Jump King Soft Launch Regions

Currently, the soft launch includes the UK, Canada, the Philippines, and Denmark. A wider global release is planned for the future.

Master the Art of the Jump (or Fall Repeatedly)

Jump King’s core gameplay revolves around precision jumping. With no mid-air corrections, each jump requires careful timing and aiming. Hold to charge your jump, release to leap, and pray you land where you intended. The higher you climb, the further you fall—a single misstep can send you plummeting back to the bottom, potentially undoing significant progress in an instant. You start with 20 hearts, losing one with each fall. Run out, and you’ll need to rely on the daily fortune wheel for a chance at replenishing your hearts or consider a purchase.

Expansions Included!

Conquering the main game is only half the battle! Jump King’s mobile version includes two free expansions: New Babe+ and Ghost of the Babe. New Babe+ presents a familiar yet challenging twist, testing your mastery of the core mechanics. Ghost of the Babe, on the other hand, transports you to a desolate landscape beyond Philosopher's Forest, prompting some existential questions about your entire climbing endeavor.

Prepare for a leap of faith (and many, many falls)! If you’re in one of the soft-launch regions, download Jump King now from the Google Play Store.
