Honkai's Rail Thrills with New Update: Shadow's Reign

Honkai: Star Rail's Version 3.1, "Light Slips the Gate, Shadow Greets the Throne," launches February 26th, escalating the Flame-Chase Journey with new challenges and mysteries.

New Characters in Honkai Star Rail Version 3.1

Version 3.1 introduces two new 5-star characters: Tribbie and Mydei. Following the acquisition of Nikador's Coreflame, players explore the new Grove of Epiphany map. The main Trailblaze Mission involves rescuing survivors and uncovering the truth behind a catastrophic event, culminating in the retrieval of Cerces' Coreflame to restore hope to Okhema.

The update delves into the Abyss of Fate (formerly Janusopolis), now revealed in its Day State. This exploration unravels the long-lost history of the Era Chrysea and Tribbie's past. Tribbie (Tribios), a 5-star Quantum Harmony character and Janusopolis' Holy Maiden, received a prophecy from Kephale about Deliverance. Mydei, the 5-star Imaginary Destruction crown prince of Castrum Kremnos, is a fierce warrior who utilizes his HP to power up, entering an enhanced form with automatic enemy attacks during his turns.

Returning Characters and Events

Version 3.1 brings back limited 5-star characters Yunli (first half of the warp event) and Huohuo (second half). The Divergent Universe event returns with a research focus on Amphoreus and a new Day/Night battle system impacting combat buffs and effects. "The Awooo Firm" event casts players as managers assisting Okhema's chimera squad.
