Honkai: Star Rail - Eternal Holy City Okhema Chest and Spirithief Locations

Eternal Holy City Okhema, the first area unlocked in Amphoreus in *Honkai: Star Rail*, is split into two locations: Kephale Plaza and Marmoreal Palace. Following Black Swan's lead in Penacony, a Trailblaze Mission takes you to this new planet. After a train attack and a thrilling rescue by Phainon, you'll find yourself exploring Okhema and meeting key Amphorean characters.

Eternal Holy City Okhema Treasure Locations in Honkai: Star Rail

Okhema boasts 33 Treasure Chests, 4 Flying Spears, 3 Spirithiefs, and 4 Golden Scapegoats. Herta's Technique is invaluable for locating chests, while Numby (Topaz's companion) provides helpful proximity alerts. Blue markers indicate Golden Short Spears, purple marks Spirithiefs, and yellow marks Golden Scapegoats.

1. From the Path of Parting Space Anchor, head north, then east, to find a chest.
2. Continue towards Kephale Plaza. Past the Space Anchor, look east near the rest area.
3. Southeast, near a broken shield with a spear, rewind time and follow the Golden Short Spear to its chest.
4. At the Kephale Plaza Space Anchor, find the chest nearby.
5. North through the hallway, a Basic Treasure awaits near some crates.
6. Further down the hallway, a plaza reveals a chest west of the dinosaur.
7. Use the Marmoreal Market Space Anchor and head east to find a chest in Chartonus Smithy.
8. Continue north to find a Basic Treasure at the road's end.
9. Return to the Marmoreal Market Space Anchor and head far west to two breakable shields; break them to find a chest.
10. Next to that chest is a Golden Scapegoat puzzle. Solve it to unlock the chest.
11. In the market's center, climb the steps on the right for a Basic Treasure.
12. On the opposite side, break the shield with a spear, rewind time, and follow the spear to the second floor.
13. The spear stops near a fountain. Head east onto the rooftop, following the path to a chest. A Spirithief will appear; use Oronyx's power to retrieve it.
14. The next chest is at the south end of the road.
15. Head northwest for the final rooftop chest.
16. Use the Marmoreal Palace Space Anchor and head southeast to find a chest behind a breakable shield near the Dromas Stop.
17. Eastward, solve a Golden Scapegoat puzzle for another Basic Treasure chest.
18. Follow the path upward to a bathing area; the chest is near a lounge chair.
19. Northeast, in a scroll-filled room, find a chest near the last cabinet.
20. Continue northeast to another bathing area; the chest is by the long table.
21. North, in a room with a bard, find a Basic Treasure.
22. Warp to the Hall of Respite Space Anchor; the chest is right beside it.
23. On the opposite side, solve a Golden Scapegoat puzzle.
24. In your private chamber, find a Spirithief's chest on the balcony.
25. At the Overflowing Bath Space Anchor, head south to find a chest in the water.
26. On the opposite side of the room, another chest is submerged.
27. Northeast, by the pool with a Dromas, find a chest in the water.
28. Return to the Overflowing Bath Space Anchor and go through the waterfall to the reception area; a chest is near a chair.
29. On the opposite side, destroy a shield, rewind a Golden Short Spear, and follow it for a chest.
30. In the back room, find a chest atop a box before following the spear again.
31. Use the Court of Seasons Space Anchor; a chest is near the wall.
32. In the south massage room, find a Basic Treasure near the beds.
33. In the same room, solve a Golden Scapegoat puzzle.
34. South of the massage room, find a chest in the storage room.
35. Return to the Court of Seasons Space Anchor and head northeast to find a chest.
36. At the Marmoreal Palace Space Anchor, head north to find a chest near crates and a dinosaur.
37. Head upwards to find a chest near some NPCs.
38. Follow the path to a banquet; left of the stairs, find a chest near a cushion.
39. In the south room, find a chest behind a breakable shield.
40. Behind the north elevator, find a hidden chest.
41. Take the elevator to the second floor, head east to find a chest near Flying Amphora.
42. Near the Garden of Life Space Anchor, head east to a private room and find a chest.
43. At the Hero's Bath Space Anchor, find a submerged chest in the north pool.
44. Climb the swirling pillar, break a shield, rewind a Golden Short Spear, and follow it for the final chest.
