GTA V PC Release Set for March 4

Author : Grace Update : Apr 21,2025

After more than two years of anticipation, PC players of *Grand Theft Auto V* can finally rejoice as a substantial update is set to roll out on March 4. This update will align the PC version closely with the enhancements seen in the PS5 and Xbox Series versions released back in 2022. The best part? It's completely free for all current players, with no extra steps required to transfer your progress in both GTA Online and the Story mode.

The lion's share of the upgrade is dedicated to GTA Online, introducing a vast array of content that was previously exclusive to console players. PC gamers will now have access to the GTA+ subscription, offering numerous advantages such as accelerated profit collection from in-game businesses. Rockstar Games has also bolstered anti-cheat measures to ensure a fairer gaming environment.

Alongside the new content, the update will bring significant graphical improvements. However, this comes with a caveat: system requirements will be higher. Players with hardware that can't meet these new standards will still have the option to play the older version, which will continue to receive support. It's important to note, though, that there won't be any cross-version play, meaning you can't play with others on different versions of the game. Keep this in mind as you plan your gaming sessions.
