Fuecoco Takes Center Stage in March's First Community Day

Pokémon GO has announced that Fuecoco will headline the first Community Day of March 2025, scheduled for March 8, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time. During this event, Fuecoco will appear more frequently on the map, and trainers can enjoy an increased chance of encountering its Shiny variant.

Evolving Fuecoco into Skeledirge (via Crocalor) during or within a week after the event grants it the powerful Charged Attack, Blast Burn. Skeledirge can also learn Torch Song without any time constraints, enhancing its battle capabilities.

Participate in the Special Background Timed Research for a unique encounter with Fuecoco against a Seasonal Special Background. Completing these tasks boosts the Shiny rate even further, and you have until March 15, 2025, at 10:00 pm local time to finish them.

For an additional $2.00, trainers can access the exclusive Community Day Special Research, which includes three Fuecoco encounters with a Seasonal Special Background, along with Battle Pass and Rare Candies. This ticket can also be gifted to friends at the Great Friends level or higher.

Pokémon GO has also unveiled the schedule for Community Day events from March to May 2025. Here are the dates to mark on your calendar:

Beloved Buddies Event Kicks Off on February 11, 2025

The Beloved Buddies event, starting February 11, 2025, introduces Dhelmise and offers Timed Research with two distinct paths, each featuring unique rewards and encounters with former friends and fellow Pokémon trainers, Candela and Arlo.

Initial tasks reward trainers with Ultra Balls and encounters with Remoraid and Mantine, after which they choose between the Candela or Arlo path.

The Candela path focuses on enhancing relationships with your Buddy Pokémon and offers Poffins, Stardust, Ultra Balls, and encounters with Luvdisc, Shellder, and Rapidash.

The Arlo path emphasizes catching Pokémon and battling, providing Pocket Radar, Stardust, Ultra Balls, and encounters with Cubone, Slowpoke, and Scizor.
