This isn't the first Jujutsu Kaisen crossover for Fortnite; a previous collaboration featuring characters like Gojo Satoru and Itadori Yuji occurred in Summer 2023. The duration of this current collaboration remains unannounced.

Separately, a key aspect of Fortnite is its Ranked Mode. Unlike the standard Battle Royale mode, Ranked Mode matches directly affect a player's ranking, offering increasingly valuable rewards and challenging opponents as the player progresses through the tiers. This system replaced the older Arena mode, providing a more balanced and transparent ranking system. Further details on how rank increases will be explored in a subsequent analysis.
