Square Enix's Foamstars Goes Free-to-Play This Fall!

Get ready for some bubbly battles! Square Enix has revealed that their 4v4 shooter, Foamstars, will transition to a free-to-play model this October. This exciting news means players can dive into the action without the initial purchase price.

No More PS Plus Required for Access

The change to free-to-play also removes the need for a PlayStation Plus subscription to access Foamstars. Starting October 4th, 2024, at 1:00 a.m. UTC, Foamstars will be available for free download on PS4 and PS5.

Players who purchased Foamstars before the switch will receive a special "Legacy Gift" as a thank you. This bundle includes:
