Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Reveals Full PC Requirements

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth PC Specs Demand High-End Hardware for 4K

With the PC release of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth just two weeks away, Square Enix has detailed updated system requirements, highlighting the need for powerful hardware, especially for 4K resolution. The updated specs emphasize the need for high-end graphics cards boasting 12-16GB VRAM for optimal 4K gameplay.

The game leverages DLSS upscaling, Shader Model 6.6 support, and DirectX 12 Ultimate for enhanced performance and visuals. Square Enix recommends a graphics card with 12GB-16GB VRAM for 4K resolutions, a significant upgrade from previous estimations.

This PC port arrives almost a year after the PS5 launch, following a PS5 Pro enhancement patch. Unlike Final Fantasy VII Remake, however, Rebirth will not receive any DLC at launch; Square Enix is focusing on Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 3.
