The Imperial City DLC (August 2015) marked the beginning of ESO's downloadable content, introducing a PvP zone, the White Gold Tower, and the Imperial City Prison. The annual Chapter release model began with Morrowind in 2017, though the structure has evolved since. The complete chronological order is as follows:
