Disney Pixel RPG is an upcoming retro-inspired title from the creators of Teppen

GungHo Entertainment, creators of the crossover card battler Teppen, is developing a retro-style RPG in collaboration with Disney. This new title, Disney Pixel RPG, features a vast roster of pixel art Disney characters.

Players can recruit and battle with iconic Disney characters across multiple worlds, each presenting unique challenges blending battle, action, and rhythm-based gameplay. The game allows for character creation and customization, offering an auto-battler experience with options for direct control during key moments. The narrative centers around combating mysterious programs disrupting the pixelated Disney worlds.

A Retro Revival

This isn't GungHo's first foray into large-franchise crossovers. Given Disney's extensive library, Disney Pixel RPG promises an even more expansive character selection. The game's developers are well-equipped to manage such a diverse cast.
