Gematsu uncovered pre-order listings on GameStop's website for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X versions of the game, though details remain scarce.

The timing of this leak, just hours before Sony's 40-minute State of Play presentation, strongly hints at an official announcement. While Sony hasn't disclosed the presentation's contents, the possibility of a Digimon Story reveal is high.

The Digimon Story series, originating with the Nintendo DS title in the mid-2000s, boasts a history of RPG installments across various platforms.
