Cyberpunk Action Game Replaced Moved to 2023
Thunderful Group's recent financial report reveals a significant delay for the highly anticipated cyberpunk platformer, Replaced. Initially slated for a 2022 release, the game, developed by Sad Cat Studios, has faced multiple postponements, landing now in 2026.
Previously, a 2025 release was announced, with Sad Cat citing the game's unique development challenges. This latest delay, however, pushes the release date even further. Despite the setbacks, the studio remains dedicated to delivering a top-tier product, driven by the considerable anticipation surrounding Replaced.
First unveiled in 2021 during Microsoft's E3 presentation, Replaced has generated significant buzz. While Sad Cat hasn't officially commented on this latest delay, they've maintained communication with fans, releasing combat footage and a mini-game showcase earlier this year. The continued silence regarding the delay, however, leaves fans awaiting further clarification.
