Patrick Mills, Cyberpunk 2077's loremaster, made the final call. He clarified that the decision stemmed from two factors: the bundle's limitation to two characters, one of which had to be Johnny Silverhand, and a personal preference for the female V. With Johnny already a male character, including the female V provided a balanced representation within the constraints of the bundle.
