Sony expanded its popular Midnight Black PS5 collection with a range of stylish new accessories. These complement the existing DualSense controller and console covers, boasting a sophisticated matte black finish and subtle PlayStation branding.

Lenovo Legion Go S: SteamOS on the Go
Lenovo unveiled the Legion Go S, the world's first officially licensed SteamOS handheld. This 8-inch device boasts VRR support, ergonomic TrueStrike controllers with adjustable triggers and hall-effect joysticks. Cloud saves and Remote Play functionality ensure seamless transitions between PC and handheld gaming.
The SteamOS version launches in May 2025 for $499.99 USD, while a Windows version will be available earlier in January, starting at $729.99 USD. Valve also confirmed plans to bring SteamOS to other handheld devices.
Beyond the Handheld Hype
Other notable announcements included Nvidia's new RTX 50-series graphics cards and Acer's eco-friendly Aspire Vero 16 laptop. While rumors of a Nintendo Switch 2 prototype circulating at CES generated considerable excitement, official confirmation remains elusive.
