Activision has announced a later-than-expected release date for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone's upcoming Season 3. The official announcement, shared via Twitter, states:

Season 03 is a big moment for Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops 6, and we’re taking the time to deliver a great experience starting on April 3.

Season 3 will launch on April 3rd, with further details promised next week. This is a departure from player expectations, as the current Battle Pass countdown indicated a March 20th reset.

Until then, players can enjoy Season 2's offerings: five new multiplayer maps, the return of Gun Game, new weapons and operators, and a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover event.
