Battlecruisers Marks 4th Anniversary with Trans Edition Update
Battlecruisers is marking its fourth anniversary with a monumental update—the ‘Trans Edition.’ Mecha Weka, the developers behind the game, are rolling out their most extensive update yet, introducing a wealth of new content for both single-player and multiplayer enthusiasts.
What’s in Store in Battlecruisers 6.4 Trans Edition?
The ‘Trans Edition’ update brings an exciting array of additions to the game. Three new cruisers, Goatherd, Pistol, and Megalith, are now part of the action, expanding your fleet options. Additionally, two new buildings, Cannon and Sledgehammer, along with two new units, SpyPlane and MissileFighter, have been introduced, enhancing strategic gameplay.
Existing cruisers are not left behind, as they now boast new customization options with three fresh bodykits: Longbow Fringe, Rickshaw Scathis, and Yeti Corpse Piler. These additions allow for even more personalization and tactical variation.
In skirmishes, players can now select from Man o’ War, Huntress Prime, and Fortress Prime, adding depth to the strategic choices available. PvP matches have been enhanced with a new countdown at the start and aircraft trails that match player colors, making for a more immersive experience.
The update also includes a slew of balancing changes. Notable buffs include the Raptor’s shield build and recharge rate increasing from 3x to 5x, and the Hammerhead’s health going from 4000 to 4200. On the other hand, the ShipTurret’s damage has been boosted from 40 to 60, though its range has been reduced from 19 to 16, ensuring a balanced gameplay experience.
Visually, Battlecruisers 6.4 Trans Edition offers enhanced underwater transparency, allowing players to revel in the wreckage of their defeated foes. The sea itself now features improved shading, and cruiser and ship destruction animations have been upgraded for a more dramatic effect.

Played the Game Yet?
Since its debut in 2021, Battlecruisers has consistently delivered major updates annually, and the Trans Edition continues this tradition. This year's update not only expands the gameplay with new side quests but also introduces a mysterious Battlefortress hidden somewhere in the South Pacific, adding an element of intrigue and adventure.
Set in a Flooded Earth in the year 2732, the game's universe is populated solely by robots engaged in construction and warfare. Players take control of their own Battlecruiser, equipping it with turrets, nuke launchers, and ultraweapons to confront a formidable array of enemies.
