You can obtain it early in the game by speaking with the merchant, Lyanna, at Claviger’s Landing. If you miss her initially, simply fast-travel to the Claviger’s Landing Beacon, proceed forward, and find Lyanna, the second merchant on your left. At her shop, The Best Offense, you can purchase the Treasure Map for 100 coins.

Captain Henqua’s Spoils

Climb to the top until you reach a wooden platform with a skeleton; Captain Henqua’s Spoils will be the third item you can loot. Woedica’s Inheritance
