In 2022, Innersloth took the gaming world by storm with the release of a virtual reality version of Among Us, which received widespread acclaim. Now, the studio is set to revolutionize the game once again with Among Us 3D, a new iteration that brings the beloved experience into a fully immersive first-person perspective, accessible without a VR headset.

Players can look forward to the familiar core mechanics they've grown to love, but now reimagined for traditional gaming setups. A teaser trailer gives fans a sneak peek into how tasks, meetings, and sabotage will look and feel from their character's point of view. Excitingly, those eager to try out this new mode can do so during Steam's upcoming "Game On" festival, where a free demo will be available for testing.

Although an official release date has yet to be announced, Among Us 3D is slated to debut on PC as its primary platform. The game will be optimized for keyboard and mouse controls, featuring an updated interface designed to enhance user accessibility. Additionally, cross-play functionality will enable players of Among Us 3D to connect and play with those on Among Us VR, though the original Among Us will remain a standalone experience.
