Machinarium es una galardonada aventura de apuntar y hacer clic, célebre por su arte dibujado a mano y su narrativa no verbal. Lanzado por primera vez en 2009, fue desarrollado por Amanita Design, el estudio también responsable de Samorost, Botanicula y Chuchel.

¿Qué haces en el juego?

Tomas el papel de Josef, un pequeño robot de cabeza abovedada que comienza su aventura después de ser desechado en un depósito de chatarra. Después de recomponerse, se dirige hacia la legendaria metrópolis robot, Machinarium, una ciudad oxidada llena de personajes excéntricos.

Josef pronto descubre a la Hermandad de la Gorra Negra, una pandilla de robots villanos que traman causar caos, y es encarcelado injustamente. Su simple plan de escape evoluciona hacia una misión más grande para salvar la ciudad, rescatar a su novia Berta y frustrar los malvados planes de la Hermandad.

La jugabilidad incluye puzzles lógicos, acertijos, minijuegos e incluso tareas ocasionales como fabricar un sombrero nuevo para Josef. Los personajes no utilizan diálogo hablado, sino que se expresan a través de bocadillos de pensamiento al estilo cómic y animaciones.
