Royal Petrol LLP, owner of the Royal Petrol and Continent gas station networks, introduces its loyalty program. This program rewards both existing and new customers for their purchases at Royal Petrol filling stations and Continent mini-markets. Rewards include bonus points (Bonuses), special discounts, and exclusive offers.

These rules govern participation in the loyalty program.

Participants must be individuals aged 14 or older, legally permitted to conduct minor household transactions, registered in the program, and possessing an individual identification number (IIN) as per Kazakhstani law.

The Participant Questionnaire collects information needed for program registration. By completing it, participants consent to data processing (as defined by the Republic of Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On personal data and their protection"). Data processing methods include email, messaging apps, SMS, phone calls, mail, and automated systems, including database creation. This consent can be withdrawn in writing.

A Virtual Card is an electronic card within the Mobile Application, without a physical counterpart.

The Royal Petrol Mobile Application is available for iOS and Android devices. Royal Petrol LLP owns the Mobile Application.

Bonus points (Bonuses) are awarded for purchases at Royal Petrol filling stations, as outlined in the program terms. One Bonus point equals one tenge. Bonuses are redeemable only at Royal Petrol filling stations.

Each participant's Bonus account tracks accrued and redeemed Bonuses and the current balance.
