Unlocking the Brain Scorcher's Secret in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl

The Brain Scorcher, a landmark location in the Stalker universe, presents a challenge in Stalker 2. A tamper-proof stash, located within a seemingly inaccessible warehouse, awaits discovery. Forget the key; this warehouse requires a bit of parkour.

Locating the Warehouse

Find the Brain Scorcher in the northern Malachite region. The stash's location will be marked on your map, guiding you to the locked warehouse. However, the locked door isn't the intended entry point.

Accessing the Warehouse

Follow these steps to bypass the locked door:

1. Circle the warehouse to the left and ascend the orange stairs to reach stacked crates.
2. Utilize the crates to leap over the containers on the right, progressing to the next set of containers.
3. From this position, jump over the crane to your right and continue to the far end.
4. Drop down onto the containers below and navigate a zigzag path to an opening at the rear of the warehouse.

Navigating the Interior

Inside, be cautious of trip mines obstructing the path to the stash. Carefully disarm them as you approach the front of the warehouse.

Claiming the Spoils and Exiting

The tamper-proof stash, a large, already unlocked safe, awaits. Loot the ammo, medkits, and other valuable supplies. To exit, locate the power panel near the entrance.

1. Proceed to the right of the power panel and find a downed generator amidst some crates. Activate it to restore power.
2. Return to the power panel and flip the switch. This will unlock the main entrance, allowing your escape.
