Stellar Blade, despite initial controversy, achieved widespread acclaim, boasting an 82 average score on OpenCritic and numerous awards and nominations. Its fast-paced combat, striking art style, and captivating soundtrack have garnered significant praise. The game's continued popularity is fueled by several high-profile collaborations.

A heartwarming video shared on Twitter showcased Shift Up's over 300 employees receiving their PlayStation 5 Pros. This substantial bonus, coupled with the cash reward, aims to incentivize and appreciate the team's hard work. The company's financial success, evidenced by a $320 million stock market raise in July 2024, further underscores this generous gesture.

Shift Up's commitment to Stellar Blade's ongoing success is evident in recent collaborations, including a Nier: Automata crossover in November 2024 and a future collaboration with Goddess of Victory: Nikke. A holiday event in December further enhanced player engagement.
